RETURN POLICY

All products may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag)

Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been approved and processed you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment and a Refund Confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.



Return in Store
The items you wish to return must be in their original condition, all tags and packaging included. Our sales team will check and confirm the condition of your items upon your arrival.

Please ensure you are within the 7 days return window before bringing your items to a store for return.

Place the items to be returned into their original packaging (or another sturdy box), along with all forms included in your original shipment, before bringing them to one of our stores for return.



If your parcel arrives damaged, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team. Make sure to take pictures of the parcel received and keep the package for further inspection by our carrier.



If an item received is faulty or was received damaged, please contact our customer service upon the receipt of the item. Any faulty item must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order.
